We had a fence that was beginning to fall down due to rotted out posts. Brian came by, and instead of just offering to replace them all, he went around and identified just the ones that needed to be replaced, saving us a ton of money. He said he could always come back to replace others if needed. They came the very next day, and completed the entire job over two days. Really nice crew, who obviously know what they're doing.
