UPDATE: I have changed my rating of Any Fence. Brian and his crew finished my fence installation and I couldn't be happier with the results. Brian sent me an e-mail taking ownership of my experience and apologized. This went a long way with me. The quality of his work is top notch. I think this young company was experiencing some growing pains that Brian fully acknowledged and is working to correct so that future customers will not experience the delays I did. Based on Brian's handling of the situation, I would recommend this company and even hire them again should the need arise. I contacted Any Fence in early Spring to fence in my backyard for my dog. Brian was very responsive and came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He sent me an estimate the next day. I ended up having to have a land survey done so I wouldn't have any future issues with neighbors and that took some time to complete. Brian was great through this process. I sent him the payment for materials in May, and that is when my positive experience with this company ended. I didn't hear from Brian on when my installation would occur for six weeks. None of my calls or e-mails were returned. I finally got an e-mail from Brian late June with an install date of June 28 and the next day received a call from Jody in the office confirming the June 28 date. On that Friday, two days later I received an e-mail from Brian apologizing for delay but because of all the rain we had, all installs were pushed out. Fine. My new install date was July 12 through July 14. On July 12, nobody showed up to begin installation. I called the office mid-morning and was told by Jody that yes, she was trying to track Brian down and would call me back. She did call me back the next day to let me know they were on their way to my house and would begin installation that day. Over the course of a week, they managed to install the back portion of my fence. We did have some heavy rain over that time period so I was okay with the delay. However, after them installing the back portion of the fence nobody had returned to my house to finish the side and front portion and it has been 10 days.In fairness, I did make a last minute change which Brian gladly accommodated but all calls, voicemails, and texts have gone unreturned. At this point I am beginning legal proceedings. They left a job half finished, left their tools and unused fencing all over my backyard and can't be bothered to return a phone call or e-mail. Beware of this company! Their work, that they completed anyway, is top notch, but if you expect a job to be completed and to be kept up to date on the timing of the installation

My wife and I closed on our new home in Holliston in late May. The big missing piece for us was a fully fenced in back yard (only a small portion was previously fenced in). Despite it being one of the busiest times of year for fencing companies, Brian found the time to meet with me the very week that I called him. We were preparing to move into the home in late June, and fencing in the yard was a top priority for us given the fact that we have a dog. Brian and his team were able to fit us into his schedule and complete the project in a very timely manner. Brian and his team were great to interact with throughout the process, and they did an unbelievable job fencing in our nearly half acre back yard. Hire them ! My 7 year old 400ft cedar fence needed a some maintenance after the worst winter storm in the past decade. I had received quotes from several contractors and AnyFence beat them all, in terms of value for money, guidance and most of all a trustworthy review on the work that needed to be done. They responded very quickly to my call, came out for an estimate the same day, and fixed my fence within the next few days. They replaced several rotten posts, and also spruced up my pool fence. All the work done was top notch and cleaned up well after themselves. I feel confident to use them for all my fence related needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fence looks great. Excellent workmanship. Customer communication needs improvement. It appeared that there were other jobs going on the same time as ours since some days no one worked on our project and we were not notified. A phone call or email would have been good.

Brian from AnyFence did some repairs on our fence (they had not been the company to install it). He was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. It was refreshing to see that he took pride in doing a great job - highly recommend!

Brian and his crew were accommodating, friendly and professional. Their prices can't be beat and I had my fence installed less than two weeks from when I got my final estimate. Other fence companies quoted me prices twice as high (literally) and told me that it would be 6 weeks before they could install. Brian's quote was fair and he completed the work on time. There were a few special considerations for our fence project and Brian accommodated them all. He is a true customer service professional, and a great business owner. I will use Any Fence in the near future for another project at my home. I recommend them highly.

Had an old rotting wood fence replaced in vinyl and they did a fantastic job! Not only did they replace the fence but they helped straighten out the gate which was there previously. When things settled and the gate became skewed to the point of pinching closed they even came back to fix it. Honestly awesome service and would recommend! I'm very excited to get to work on our fenced in garden now.

Hard working crew and went above and beyond to work with the town and getting our fence approved to go where we wanted it.
