My wife and I closed on our new home in Holliston in late May. The big missing piece for us was a fully fenced in back yard (only a small portion was previously fenced in). Despite it being one of the busiest times of year for fencing companies, Brian found the time to meet with me the very week that I called him. We were preparing to move into the home in late June, and fencing in the yard was a top priority for us given the fact that we have a dog. Brian and his team were able to fit us into his schedule and complete the project in a very timely manner. Brian and his team were great to interact with throughout the process, and they did an unbelievable job fencing in our nearly half acre back yard. Brian and his team did a great job repairing my chain link fence when a tree fell on it. They came out same day to give me a quote, and had it repaired within a week and a half later. They saved me a lot of money by reconfiguring the chain link that had been crushed around the new poles. Brian was very pleasant to deal with and always either answered his phone or got right back to me. I would highly recommend!

They came right out and gave an estimate then sent someone out within the next couple weeks to make the repair. It's only been about a month but it seems like they did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them again.

Put up my fence almost two weeks ago and still haven't come back to install the gates. I was told the gates would be up in "a few day" That was Friday of labor day weekend. After all was said and done the company made it right and gave us a break on the cost due to the lack of communication.

If quality of installation was the only criteria, Brian would get 6 stars. The workmanship he does is beyond reproach. As with most smaller companies, however, scheduling seems to be tight. It was apparent that Brian had many, many jobs going at once, such that his promises for completion were both inconsistent and unreliable. That said, he made up for the delays by installing a second fence for me at no price. That to me is a sign of a good, quality businessman. Also, although Brian's workman were tremendous guys, I always felt better if Brian was on the site overseeing the work. At the end of the day, if you want a high quality fence installation and are not in any particular rush to get it done, again I'd give Brian 6 stars. If your timeline is tight, however, I'd make sure Brian does not have too many jobs ongoing such that he is spread too thin. John R.
