Brian came to our house and we had a consultation with him about setting up a fence on the back part of our yard. He was referred to us by a friend from town. He was patient, friendly and professional. His quote was extremely competitive and beat most of the other ones by 20 to 30%. Brian came by, and instead of just offering to replace them all, he went around and identified just the ones that needed to be replaced, saving us a ton of money. He said he could always come back to replace others if needed. They came the very next day, and completed the entire job over two days. Really nice crew, who obviously know what they're doing. Fence looks great. Excellent workmanship. Customer communication needs improvement. It appeared that there were other jobs going on the same time as ours since some days no one worked on our project and we were not notified. A phone call or email would have been good.
