The owner provided a very detailed proposal and the installation crew followed it exactly. We were most impressed with the install crew performing their work during the most adverse weather conditions imagined. My wife and I closed on our new home in Holliston in late May. The big missing piece for us was a fully fenced in back yard (only a small portion was previously fenced in).
