We even had a small snafu in our process where initially the fence was put in lined up straight at the top but this left a lot of space from the bottom of some panels to the ground. It felt like Todd was putting a fence at his own house given his attention to detail which made me feel good as a customer. First quote over $600 to fix fence gate..... they came, inspected the problem and said able to fix with a wrench and a new latch !! and he did !! when I went to gratefully tip him, he balked. I suggested he give it to the food bank...he did and matched it....and then Brian, the owner, matched it again. Now that's company that deserves to grow !!
