Brian came by, and instead of just offering to replace them all, he went around and identified just the ones that needed to be replaced, saving us a ton of money. I had a very tight timeline as I wanted a new fence to hang my holiday decorations on. Brian was great to deal with and worked hard to get the fence in a week ahead of what he promised. When I told Brian the hooks I purchased kept falling off. He took it on his own to investigate what would work, purchased the hooks and came back to installed them. Now my Boy Scout wreaths look great!
