We needed to remove a section of our fence for a day so a shed platform could be installed. The company I purchased the fenced from refuse to come out for such a "small job". One inconvenience (one star less) is that we often didn't know whether they were going to be working or not on a given day and the job got stretched out longer than we expected. Needless to say, it was the busy season and, of course we were not the only customer. Nevertheless, what is most important is that the end product, a cedar fence with lattice topping and some special made sections turned out beautifully. It looks great. It is very sturdy, and looks like it will last a good long time.
