The conception to construction of a fence is a partnership where your dream needs to be brought to reality. That requires the homeowner to be flexible. Fence building is not a magic wand situation. It requires flexibility, trust, patience, and understanding. You are respected as an individual customer, but there are many customers also on a timeline. AnyFence carries through on their word, is transparent on industry trends, supply chains, and pricing. They want to do right by their customers and produce high quality work that they can be proud of. They come back to get the details right. Their lead sales director, Jim, has extensive experience, a great aesthetic eye, sharp attention to detail, is a great listener, and a great family man. He went Way Beyond the extra mile for my family. Their crews work hard, fast, and are resilient to any weather condition. Impressive. It is no surprise AnyFence is growing rapidly in size and reputation.

UPDATE 12-2: To be fair, the owner finally came and inspected the fence. Saw and admitted the poor job. Had a crew there the next day. Fixed the entire 100 feet of fence. Did it the way it should have done in the first place. I still wouldn't use them again, it's not worth the aggravation. Came in, tore down the existing fence. Placed the first post on the neighbors property, had to come back and do it all over again. This time, they left the post holes they mistakenly dug, on the neighbors property on the other side of the fence, never filled them in, never offered.. Fence wobbles like crazy. Huge clearance issues the length of the property. I can crawl on my hands and knees under the fence, its that bad. Hard to get hold of to fix it. Its been over a month, still not fixed. Not professional at all. Looks like a bunch of unskilled kids threw it up. BIG MONEY, requires qualify work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...

If quality of installation was the only criteria, Brian would get 6 stars. The workmanship he does is beyond reproach. As with most smaller companies, however, scheduling seems to be tight. It was apparent that Brian had many, many jobs going at once, such that his promises for completion were both inconsistent and unreliable. That said, he made up for the delays by installing a second fence for me at no price. That to me is a sign of a good, quality businessman. Also, although Brian's workman were tremendous guys, I always felt better if Brian was on the site overseeing the work. At the end of the day, if you want a high quality fence installation and are not in any particular rush to get it done, again I'd give Brian 6 stars. If your timeline is tight, however, I'd make sure Brian does not have too many jobs ongoing such that he is spread too thin. John R.
