My wife and I closed on our new home in Holliston in late May. The big missing piece for us was a fully fenced in back yard (only a small portion was previously fenced in). Despite it being one of the busiest times of year for fencing companies, Brian found the time to meet with me the very week that I called him. We were preparing to move into the home in late June, and fencing in the yard was a top priority for us given the fact that we have a dog. Brian and his team were able to fit us into his schedule and complete the project in a very timely manner. Brian and his team were great to interact with throughout the process, and they did an unbelievable job fencing in our nearly half acre back yard. Put up my fence almost two weeks ago and still haven't come back to install the gates. I was told the gates would be up in "a few day" That was Friday of labor day weekend. After all was said and done the company made it right and gave us a break on the cost due to the lack of communication.

One inconvenience (one star less) is that we often didn't know whether they were going to be working or not on a given day and the job got stretched out longer than we expected. Needless to say, it was the busy season and, of course we were not the only customer. Nevertheless, what is most important is that the end product, a cedar fence with lattice topping and some special made sections turned out beautifully. It looks great. It is very sturdy, and looks like it will last a good long time.
