Aug 2023Fast, reliable, easy for customization and repairs on an existing fence. Jul 2017UPDATE: I have changed my rating of Any Fence. Brian and his crew finished my fence installation and I couldn't be happier with the results. Brian sent me an e-mail taking ownership of my experience and apologized. This went a long way with me. The quality of his work is top notch. I think this young company was experiencing some growing pains that Brian fully acknowledged and is working to correct so that future customers will not experience the delays I did. Based on Brian's handling of the situation, I would recommend this company and even hire them again should the need arise. I contacted Any Fence in early Spring to fence in my backyard for my dog. Brian was very responsive and came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He sent me an estimate the next day. I ended up having to have a land survey done so I wouldn't have any future issues with neighbors and that took some time to complete. Brian was great through this process. I sent him the payment for materials in May, and that is when my positive experience with this company ended. I didn't hear from Brian on when my installation would occur for six weeks. None of my calls or e-mails were returned. I finally got an e-mail from Brian late June with an install date of June 28 and the next day received a call from Jody in the office confirming the June 28 date. On that Friday, two days later I received an e-mail from Brian apologizing for delay but because of all the rain we had, all installs were pushed out. Fine. My new install date was July 12 through July 14. On July 12, nobody showed up to begin installation. I called the office mid-morning and was told by Jody that yes, she was trying to track Brian down and would call me back. She did call me back the next day to let me know they were on their way to my house and would begin installation that day. Over the course of a week, they managed to install the back portion of my fence. We did have some heavy rain over that time period so I was okay with the delay. However, after them installing the back portion of the fence nobody had returned to my house to finish the side and front portion and it has been 10 days.In fairness, I did make a last minute change which Brian gladly accommodated but all calls, voicemails, and texts have gone unreturned. At this point I am beginning legal proceedings. They left a job half finished, left their tools and unused fencing all over my backyard and can't be bothered to return a phone call or e-mail. Beware of this company! Their work, that they completed anyway, is top notch, but if you expect a job to be completed and to be kept up to date on the timing of the installationRead MoreShow Less×

I needed a solid fence for my 110 pound dog and started looking for companies to install it. It was winter time and I got turned down by several people (all referred to me by friends) under the pretext of having too much snow and the difficulty to get a "fair estimate." I also received a few quotes, but they seemed quite unreasonable. When I came across Any Fence and Brian simply by searching local businesses online, I decided to take a leap of faith and try someone I had never heard of. I will never regret my decision, in fact, I can honestly tell I got very lucky. Brian came by at the time we had agreed upon, which was the first indication of a young professional ready to get the job done. He was a bit dismayed by my project - I was looking to have about 2.5 acres of woods fenced in and the terrain was steep and bushy. Brian was extremely courteous in explaining it would be difficult and time-consuming to complete the work. We agreed upon price and a time-frame, shook hands and decided to wait until the conditions improved so that Brian could commence the work. It is worth mentioning that the price I received from Brian was way below anything I had been quoted before I met him. It really took time and effort on Brian's part to install my fence. He and his crew had to cut through bushes, trees, go up and down hills. In any case, he complied with all of my requests and ended up installing partially white, NY style fence and then chain-links. All posts were cemented and had no problem holding the wait of my dog. I will be happy to personally speak to anyone contemplating hiring Brian for a fence installation. I have nothing but great respect for his hard work and quality product. To this day, I talk to Brian and get advise on various projects in my house - I know he would always give me the best advise and comment on the fairness of the price I am given.Read MoreShow Less×Petar P.Dec 2015I almost never write any reviews, but Brian deserves every minute of my time to do so. Jun 2016Once the work had begun, Brian and his team did some great work. Reasonably priced. The final product was amazing. Had some problem getting the work done in a timely fashion, communication was difficult at times when I assumed he would be coming on beautiful days and no show. Found out there were set backs on acquisition of pieces. Gates went up, but not latches and had to use barrells to keep them shut until he could install the latches. I have 2 dogs and I didn't want them getting out. After work was complete, piles of dirt and rock were left and a new more secure latch needed to be installed on the back gate. He and a buddy of his installed the new latch and shoveled up the dirt/rock piles. Problem is they spread it all along the back behind the fence instead of removing it from the property. Have a little bit of work cut out for me to clean straighten it up, but need somework back there anyway. Overal, workmanship and product is great, cost was in our budget, some things to work on, like better communication and more transparency. I wish the rocks and dirt were gone from the property since they were once buried underground. Would recommend him, but needs to work on communication which is why he gets 4-4.5Read MoreShow Less×
