It was smooth and wonderful experience from the start to the end of the project. Brian was well aware of the challenges and helped with suggestions during walk through and was very accommodating in working with my schedule. Cody and Todd did an awesome job. Brian and his team did a great job repairing my chain link fence when a tree fell on it. They came out same day to give me a quote, and had it repaired within a week and a half later. They saved me a lot of money by reconfiguring the chain link that had been crushed around the new poles. Brian was very pleasant to deal with and always either answered his phone or got right back to me. I would highly recommend!

Put up my fence almost two weeks ago and still haven't come back to install the gates. I was told the gates would be up in "a few day" That was Friday of labor day weekend. After all was said and done the company made it right and gave us a break on the cost due to the lack of communication.

If quality of installation was the only criteria, Brian would get 6 stars. The workmanship he does is beyond reproach. As with most smaller companies, however, scheduling seems to be tight. It was apparent that Brian had many, many jobs going at once, such that his promises for completion were both inconsistent and unreliable. That said, he made up for the delays by installing a second fence for me at no price. That to me is a sign of a good, quality businessman. Also, although Brian's workman were tremendous guys, I always felt better if Brian was on the site overseeing the work. At the end of the day, if you want a high quality fence installation and are not in any particular rush to get it done, again I'd give Brian 6 stars. If your timeline is tight, however, I'd make sure Brian does not have too many jobs ongoing such that he is spread too thin. John R.
