The owner provided a very detailed proposal and the installation crew followed it exactly. We were most impressed with the install crew performing their work during the most adverse weather conditions imagined. They did an excellent job and were fine with our dropping the check off at our convenience later in the week after completion. A pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Brian and his team are professional and experts in the craft. I was always greeted pleasantly by Kelcie when I called. Brian knows how to run a successful business and I would not hesitate to work with him on my next project.

All things considered I had a great experience with AnyFence. The sales rep Jim is great to work with. Great guy, very responsive and knowlegeable. The install was clean and well done.

We are very happy with Any Fence. They were very busy this spring due to all the tree damage from the storms but were well worth the wait. We had 15 cedar fence posts that broke about 4-6" below the ground. They dug up all the broken posts one at a time, poured concrete, replaced the posts and reused the fence sections. The fence posts are rock solid now. Quality work at a fair price.

UPDATE: I have changed my rating of Any Fence. Brian and his crew finished my fence installation and I couldn't be happier with the results. Brian sent me an e-mail taking ownership of my experience and apologized. This went a long way with me. The quality of his work is top notch. I think this young company was experiencing some growing pains that Brian fully acknowledged and is working to correct so that future customers will not experience the delays I did. Based on Brian's handling of the situation, I would recommend this company and even hire them again should the need arise. I contacted Any Fence in early Spring to fence in my backyard for my dog. Brian was very responsive and came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He sent me an estimate the next day. I ended up having to have a land survey done so I wouldn't have any future issues with neighbors and that took some time to complete. Brian was great through this process. I sent him the payment for materials in May, and that is when my positive experience with this company ended. I didn't hear from Brian on when my installation would occur for six weeks. None of my calls or e-mails were returned. I finally got an e-mail from Brian late June with an install date of June 28 and the next day received a call from Jody in the office confirming the June 28 date. On that Friday, two days later I received an e-mail from Brian apologizing for delay but because of all the rain we had, all installs were pushed out. Fine. My new install date was July 12 through July 14. On July 12, nobody showed up to begin installation. I called the office mid-morning and was told by Jody that yes, she was trying to track Brian down and would call me back. She did call me back the next day to let me know they were on their way to my house and would begin installation that day. Over the course of a week, they managed to install the back portion of my fence. We did have some heavy rain over that time period so I was okay with the delay. However, after them installing the back portion of the fence nobody had returned to my house to finish the side and front portion and it has been 10 days.In fairness, I did make a last minute change which Brian gladly accommodated but all calls, voicemails, and texts have gone unreturned. At this point I am beginning legal proceedings. They left a job half finished, left their tools and unused fencing all over my backyard and can't be bothered to return a phone call or e-mail. Beware of this company! Their work, that they completed anyway, is top notch, but if you expect a job to be completed and to be kept up to date on the timing of the installation

They do excellent work and if there is any problem, they stand behind their "satisfaction guaranteed" promise. Get on the schedule early, because they are very busy during the season!

UPDATE 12-2: To be fair, the owner finally came and inspected the fence. Saw and admitted the poor job. Had a crew there the next day. Fixed the entire 100 feet of fence. Did it the way it should have done in the first place. I still wouldn't use them again, it's not worth the aggravation. Came in, tore down the existing fence. Placed the first post on the neighbors property, had to come back and do it all over again. This time, they left the post holes they mistakenly dug, on the neighbors property on the other side of the fence, never filled them in, never offered.. Fence wobbles like crazy. Huge clearance issues the length of the property. I can crawl on my hands and knees under the fence, its that bad. Hard to get hold of to fix it. Its been over a month, still not fixed. Not professional at all. Looks like a bunch of unskilled kids threw it up. BIG MONEY, requires qualify work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...

Giant shout-out to AnyFence Company! If you are in the market for a new fence, we highly recommend them! Starting with the office staff, who is amazingly organized and on top of it all, right on up to the "Big Cheese", Brian! Our very old fence was in desperate need of replacement. We received our estimate within about a week, and for the next few weeks they happily helped us with our hundreds of questions and gave us suggestions as well as options to choose from, based on our requests. Once the installation finally happened I can tell you that they take their name and reputation very seriously! They exceeded any of our preconceived expectations ten-fold, without a doubt. Brian was on-hand himself inspecting and making sure our fence was exactly what we had been promised. The gentleman who was doing the installation was such a hard worker, we actually had to send a message to the office to tell him to go home (!!), as he was unstoppable and literally still working at 8:00 p.m.! What a hard (and incredibly talented) worker for sure!
