Their employee Brian was knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to make sure it was done correctly. He was professional, neat and even worked in the pouring rain! The crew was very personable and courteous. They would talk and explain what steps they were doing and the timeline they expected to complete each section of the project. I was very impressed with the detail to cleanliness in both the scrap pickup and the raking of the soil from digging. And the price was right. Put up my fence almost two weeks ago and still haven't come back to install the gates. I was told the gates would be up in "a few day" That was Friday of labor day weekend. After all was said and done the company made it right and gave us a break on the cost due to the lack of communication.

The process was painless, they arrived on time to spec out the job, gave us two professionally prepared estimates for 4 foot vinyl coated chain link and vinyl fencing to enclose our backyard. Their representative took the time to ask what exactly we were looking for in the product, the look we wanted for the property after the job was done as well. Their proposal reflected that vision which is why we chose them for the job. On the day of the installation the crew arrived and went right to work, there was one glitch which I attribute to it being being unplanned for the date it was done - the crew arrived without the plan which led to a minor error on one side of the house (they immediately fixed it and reseeded the two post holes they had dug by mistake); our install had been scheduled for later in the month but was offered earlier due to an unforeseen opening in the schedule, had the install been as scheduled I'm certain the crew would have had the plan in hand. The work was completed in a timely fashion, the crews were courteous to my wife and I, and caused no unnecessary damage to the yard, cuttings from the trees were placed in the compost pile. The only complaint was that waste concrete was dumped in among the compost pile. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.
