Jun 2016Once the work had begun, Brian and his team did some great work. Reasonably priced. The final product was amazing. Had some problem getting the work done in a timely fashion, communication was difficult at times when I assumed he would be coming on beautiful days and no show. Found out there were set backs on acquisition of pieces. Gates went up, but not latches and had to use barrells to keep them shut until he could install the latches. I have 2 dogs and I didn't want them getting out. After work was complete, piles of dirt and rock were left and a new more secure latch needed to be installed on the back gate. He and a buddy of his installed the new latch and shoveled up the dirt/rock piles. Problem is they spread it all along the back behind the fence instead of removing it from the property. Have a little bit of work cut out for me to clean straighten it up, but need somework back there anyway. Overal, workmanship and product is great, cost was in our budget, some things to work on, like better communication and more transparency. I wish the rocks and dirt were gone from the property since they were once buried underground. Would recommend him, but needs to work on communication which is why he gets 4-4.5Read MoreShow Less×

I posted on a local fb page looking for help in removing a portion of fence for an emergency well pump repair...it was a Saturday evening AND a holiday weekend...I had little hope. Brian responded immediately, his employee had already left for the day but volunteered to come out anyway. The job was done quickly, in the dark, and at a moments notice. Not many businesses operate like that these days. Thank you & we look forward to hiring you for future work.Read MoreShow Less×kristin d.Dec 2019Brian is a true asset to Holliston and surrounding towns. - Lou F.Dec 2020UPDATE 12-2: To be fair, the owner finally came and inspected the fence. Saw and admitted the poor job. Had a crew there the next day. Fixed the entire 100 feet of fence. Did it the way it should have done in the first place. I still wouldn't use them again, it's not worth the aggravation. Came in, tore down the existing fence. Placed the first post on the neighbors property, had to come back and do it all over again. This time, they left the post holes they mistakenly dug, on the neighbors property on the other side of the fence, never filled them in, never offered.. Fence wobbles like crazy. Huge clearance issues the length of the property. I can crawl on my hands and knees under the fence, its that bad. Hard to get hold of to fix it. Its been over a month, still not fixed. Not professional at all. Looks like a bunch of unskilled kids threw it up. BIG MONEY, requires qualify work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...Read MoreShow Less×Lou F.Dec 2020UPDATE 12-2: To be fair, the owner finally came and inspected the fence. Saw and admitted the poor job.
