Final pricing will be determined after an in-person consultation where we assess site conditions, access, terrain, utilities, and other factors that may affect the project.

- Mark or disclose known underground utilities

Scheduling
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Property Access
You grant us permission to access your property during agreed-upon times to complete the work. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
Property Lines
You are responsible for confirming property boundaries before installation. We recommend a professional survey if property lines are unclear. AnyFence is not responsible for fence placement based on incorrect boundary information provided by the customer.
Underground Utilities
We will call Dig Safe before installation. However, you must inform us of any private utilities (sprinkler systems, invisible fences, private cables) not covered by Dig Safe.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to schedule your project
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
- We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and financing options
- Late payments may incur additional fees
5. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract and vary by material type and scope of work.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
